Ajisen Ramen

My friend, Daniel, told me about this restaurant and his claim was that this restaurant beats La Mien, a famous Chinese restaurant in Binondo. So we decided to eat here.

We (I, Joseph and Deus) had a hard time finding this place, luckily I saw the name of the restaurant.

The place was fine, it was not that big. The waitress served tea when we sat. We were joking that this was a technique so that the customers will not back out on eating.
While we were browsing the menu, Deus saw a typographical error "CABBANGE" which should have been cabbage. We laughed hard when we saw this.

Spicy Negi (Top Left), Ajisen (Top Right), Chasu (Center)

I ordered Ajisen (Pork) Ramen which costs P235, Deus ordered Chasu (same with Ajisen but had more pork on it) which cost P275 and Joseph ordered Spicy Negi (same with Ajisen but had a spicy grilled pork sauce) which cost P275.

We decided to order more food. I'll try to remember the prices of our additional orders.
Agedashi Tofu

Gyoza (Top Left), Chizu Maki (Top Right), Agedashi Tofu (Center)

The ramen was great. It was a new taste and it was very delicious. It was indeed better than La Mien but the serving is little. It was the best noodle food that I tasted. I also like the Chizu Maki, it was cheesy. The gyoza and tofu were OK. We divided the price of the gyoza, chizu maki and tofu into three, paying P135 each.

The food trip was fun and enjoying. We had a new taste of good food.
